Oxford Exchange can ship items within the continual United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
Oxford Exchange can ship to P.O. Boxes and
UPS Boxes, but cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO Boxes and Federal/State prisons.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates and delivery date estimates are determined by the size, weight, and fragile nature of the package as well as shipping location. Rates can only be determined during checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your item(s) has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking will active within 24 hours.
Oxford Exchange is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your item was insured and arrived damaged, you may contact Oxford Exchange to notify of the damage, then file a claim with the shipment carrier.
We want you to love your online purchase. Any item you wish to live without must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You have the choice of receiving a full refund on your original form of payment, or receiving a credit on your store account (credit does not apply to in-store purchases). All items must be in the same condition when purchased, with all original store tags attached. Items such as jewelry, food items, live plants, event tickets, discounted sale items, and gift cards are final sale. You may be responsible for additional shipping. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it in exchange for a credit on your store account (registering for an account will be necessary to receive credit).
