Vendor Payment - Table Covering


You will be renting table linens from Oxford Exchange for an additional $20 fee. 

Please specify what color you prefer.

Vendor Details:

  • The entry fee is required within 7 days of notice of approval. 

  • Authors are expected to stay the duration of the event and will be responsible for selling their own books. Tables are included with entry fee. If you do not wish to use the provided table, please include those details in your entry form.

  • Authors are responsible for selling their own books. We recommend bringing at least 20 copies.

  • Table covering is required. Table linens are available from Oxford Exchange for a rental fee of $20. Please include this along with your entry fee if you require linens and specify White or Black.

  • Free-standing displays, posters and other materials are allowed but must remain within your booth’s allotted space.

  • Electrical outlets are available for most booths, if you need electrical set-up beyond a standard three prong outlet, you will be responsible for providing those materials.

  • Table set up is the evening of April 27 between 5:00PM - 6:00PM. There will be no large deliveries allowed after 6:00PM, and all vehicles must be removed from the front of the building by 6:00PM. Tables must be ready for the public when the doors open. Booth breakdown will begin promptly at 9:00PM. All vendor items must be removed from the building by 6:00PM without exception.
