Book Fair Vendor Information

5th Annual OE Book Fair


Authors are invited to promote and sell their books during a day long celebration of books and writing. Oxford Exchange launched the Book Fair in 2015 to provide an open platform for local authors to connect with the community face-to-face. Alongside the authors will be scheduled workshops and presentations.  



  • $50 entry fee is required within 10 days of notice of approval. Checks only. Please make checks out to “Oxford Exchange”.

  • Authors are expected to stay the duration of the event and will be responsible for selling their own books. Tables are included with entry fee. If you do not wish to use the provided table, please include those details in your entry form.

  • Table covering is required. You are responsible for providing your own cloths and covering for the protection of the table. Table linens are also available from Oxford Exchange for a rental fee of $20. Please include this along with your entry fee if you require linens and specify White or Black.

  • Free-standing displays, posters and other materials are allowed but must remain within your booth’s allotted space.

  • Electrical outlets are available for most booths, if you need electrical set-up beyond a standard three prong outlet, you will be responsible for providing those materials.

  • Table set up is the morning of Sunday, May 5th between 7:30AM - 9:00AM. There will be no large deliveries allowed after 9:00AM, and all vehicles must be removed from the front of the building by 9:00AM. Tables must be ready for the public when the doors open. Booth breakdown will begin promptly at 4:00pm. All vendor items must be removed from the building by 5:30PM on Sunday, without exception.
